KICK MOTIVATION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Kick Motivation Limited website is comprised of various web pages operated by Kick Motivation Limited, Auckland New Zealand. The Kick Motivation Limited website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS OF KICK MOTIVATION PROGRAMMES

All participants of Kick Motivation Limited must be aged 21 or older or have the expressed written permission of a legal guardian. Kick Motivation Limited is in no way liable for misrepresentation of the age of its clients.

All participants are required to fill out a registration form and by signing this form agree that all information is true and factual. Kick Motivation Limited is an organisation that provides a platform, on location or online, to stimulate new ideas to encourage motivation.

Kick Motivation Limited can offer suggestions and encouragement but the responsibility for action is dependant on the individual. Kick Motivation Limited, its directors, employees or any affiliated companies can not be held liable in any way, intentional or unintentional, for misinterpretation of content provided on the Kick Motivation Limited website or in presentations and discussions.

Kick Motivation Limited is for entertainment and motivation purposes only. It is not a counselling or coaching programme. Kick Motivation Limited does not replace in any way the care of a psychologist or other health care professionals and is in no way are Kick Motivation Limited services to be construed or substituted as psychological counselling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. When partaking in any Kick Motivation Limited event, presentation, communication or conversation, the client confirms that he or she is not undergoing psychological counselling or will provide a letter of support from their counsellor or medical provider prior to attending any
Kick Motivation Limited event, presentation or service. Some programmes may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

PAYMENTS

All payments are final with one (1) change of date included. Paid bookings are non transferrable and the client booked must be the client who participates in all Kick Motivation Limited events and programmes unless expressed written permission is received from the acting Director of Kick Motivation Limited.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Any personal information volunteered by participants or facilitators during training sessions, whether on the Kick Motivation website or at a Kick Motivation programme, is to be treated with the utmost confidentiality and not shared, discussed or published outside of any programmes or sessions, unless with the participant’s express approval in writing. This includes written, audio, video and images.

BEHAVIOUR

Kick Motivation Limited reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Kick Motivation Limited. In these circumstances, Kick Motivation Limited will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Kick Motivation Limited reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Kick Motivation Limited website is offered, including but not limited to any charges associated with the use of the Kick Motivation Limited website.
